Wellness is such a buzzy word now! (Sigh.)
It is great to see that the consumer world in the US market has shifted a tad bit closer to prioritizing health-awareness culture in the last 3 to 5 years.
So there’s that positive takeaway. It’s just that…

I can remember a time, obviously pre-COVID, back in 2015, when the world of #mua on socials had already exploded.
No one (literally) was interested in what we know today as “self-care”.
There I was, boasting about wearing what God “gave me” in an Instagram post.
Fast-forward 8 years later, and I’m still very much touting that same message. While I LOVE a memorable beat, (honor and respect to all the makeup enthusiasts in the world- hi mom ;)) there is something so refreshing about nourishing my natural body.

This is the newest purchase out of the bunch, but so far I am OBSESSED!

Remember, these are purchases that have truly enhanced my self-care. The make-up brush cleaner is the extra step toward caring for my skin. Clean brushes are an essential step to a flawless look and also encourages less pore-clogging breakouts.
No. 3: The CROWNFUL Mini Fridge
The investment in which is my personal skin care - omit my aesthetician - the products I use at home require optimal temperatures for the best use. Also, I follow the expiration recommendations but this mini-fridge is a cutie (hello aesthetics) and helps to maintain the integrity of the many active ingredients infused in my product line-up.
No. 2: Set of UV Protection Gloves
The sun is cool, but too much of a good thing is not good.
